What is Molecular Experience?

The Molecular Experience is the molecular mixology’s desgustation. We do spherification, Pearls of cocktails with alcohols Premium. MYM GROUP is the creator of PEARLS brand, MOLECULAR EXPERIENCE, currently a member of “Luxury Spain”. After 3 years of development we have managed to industrialize a very complex process to spherifications, Pearls, with and without alcohol. Our method is revolutionary as we got to the “pearls” are completely liquid inside. This advantage allows us to use our PREMIUM PEARLS for tastings with alcohols and, of course, becomes a perfect product branding. The sophistication and elegance of the product positions and invites consumers to test and/ or taste combined with a new flavor that we propose.

In the tasting of molecular mixology, interacting with guests. Six Pearls are budgeted per person, one of each flavor, there are five flavors, and repeat Gin&Tonic. Our Pearls are made of unique cocktails, recipes closely studied balanced, but complex flavors. Our spirits are PREMIUM, our Syrups, Philibert Routin 1883, craft, the world's best and juices we use are gourmet. Our quality is recognized by the Spanish Association of luxury "LUXURY SPAIN ", of which we are members.

We are updating the packaging to a more technological concept at a time elegant and luxurious, but now contains: 1 bottle 12 Pearls Raspberry Vodka. (Vodka Citadelle 6C); 1 botle of Vodka 12 Roses Pearls (Vodka Citadelle 6C); 1 bottle 12 Pearls of Gin % Tonic (Gin Citadelle); 1 bottle 12 Ron Pearls of Passion; 1 bottle 12 Pearls of Ron Coco Vainilla; 1 Bitter Cardamom; 1 Bitter Hell Fire (Hot) Spoons caterings as we use at events.
